Systems Electro Coating (SEC) provides an internal SMS notification service for authorized employees involved in automotive manufacturing maintenance, line production management operations, equipment maintenance, and facility support. The program delivers automated text message notifications regarding:
Messages are generated by our internal automotive manufacturing monitoring and notification systems and delivered to designated employees using company-issued or personally owned mobile phones.
This messaging program is intended exclusively for internal business operations and is not used for consumer marketing, advertising, promotional campaigns, or public use.
Employees may voluntarily enroll in the internal SMS notification program by providing their mobile phone number and affirmatively agree to receive SMS notifications. Consent may be obtained in person through an authorized company representative or through another company-approved enrollment process.
Employees will be informed of the program’s purpose, message frequency, applicable messaging rates, and opt-out instructions before enrollment.
Providing consent to receive SMS notifications is voluntary.
Message frequency varies based on manufacturing operations, production-line activity, equipment conditions, and the occurrence of operational alarms or maintenance events. Messages are primarily event-triggered and automatically generated when qualifying equipment or production-line events occur.
Additional messages may be sent in response to employee inquiries, acknowledgments, or operational updates.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan. Employees are responsible for any applicable charges imposed by their wireless carrier unless you are using a company supplied phone.
This program supports two-way SMS communication.
Employees may reply to operational alerts to acknowledge notifications, provide maintenance status updates, communicate equipment conditions, or respond to operational inquiries.
Employee responses may be processed through SEC’s internal messaging and monitoring applications and SMS systems.
Employees may discontinue SMS notifications at any time by replying: STOP
After receiving a valid opt-out request, SEC will stop sending SMS notifications to that mobile number, except for any permitted confirmation messages.
Employees who wish to resume notifications must contact their supervisor or designated company SMS administrator and complete the applicable enrollment and consent process.

SEC collects employee mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information solely for the administration and delivery of authorized internal company operational notifications. Employee mobile phone numbers and SMS messaging consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional campaigns.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Information may be processed by authorized service providers, including Twilio, solely as necessary to provide and support the SMS notification service.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to wireless carrier network availability and other factors outside SEC’s control.
SEC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the internal SMS notification program when deemed necessary.
Employees will be informed of material changes through appropriate company communication channels.
